An interesting thought to share with you;
I believe in order to have a great body, we should control the amount of food we consume.
We can all indulge in all food choices, some we know are not the best, and some are absolutely sinful. But, we can eat all foods as long as we try to control the amount.
Making the right food choices is entirely up to you. Nobody forces us to eat anything.
Choosing begins at the supermarket, try and shop around the outside aisles only, fresh vegetables and fruits are a good staple, combined with fish or meat; this route avoids the 'snack' aisle.
Combining this with exercise is the step forward.
